Wizard Enable GreenVulcano Web Service

In order Enable service as GreenVulcano a Web Service choose "Enable GreenVulcano Web Service".

In the Wizard page user selects the following parameters:

Service gv-service
Operation gv-operation
Data provider input-dp
Data provider output-dp
transacted
tx_timeout
force-https
